Order details (name, delivery address, email, phone), account credentials if you create an account, order history, and your research-use and age acknowledgements with the time they were given. We also collect basic technical data such as device and browser information for security and fraud prevention.

We do not accept card payments on our systems. Payment is taken by bank transfer or cryptocurrency, so we never receive full card numbers. Where a third-party payment provider is used for crypto payments, it acts as an independent controller for the payment data it processes.

To fulfil and deliver orders (contract), to keep records of compliance acknowledgements and prevent fraud (legitimate interests and legal obligation), and to respond to support enquiries. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

Payment processors, our store and hosting platforms, and delivery carriers such as Royal Mail for the purpose of shipping your order. All processors are bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

Order and transaction records are kept for six years to meet UK tax and accounting requirements. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete it. Marketing consent is kept until withdrawn.

We use only essential storage: your cart, your login session, and your age-verification confirmation. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies are set.
