United Kingdom: flat £6, free on orders over £150. European Union: flat £15. Rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery country.

We ship to the United Kingdom and European Union only. Orders to any other destination cannot be accepted and will be refunded in full.

Orders confirmed before 3pm on a working day are dispatched within 24 hours. UK delivery is typically 1–3 working days; EU delivery is typically 3–7 working days, subject to customs clearance.

Every parcel is tracked and you will receive the tracking number by email once the label is generated. Orders are also listed with their status in your account.

Vials are shipped lyophilised in discreet, unbranded outer packaging with protective inserts. Each peptide order includes one 3ml reconstitution water vial free of charge.

EU customers are the importer of record and are responsible for any duties, VAT or clearance charges applied in their country. We cannot refund shipping where a parcel is refused or abandoned at customs.

Tell us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at info@aminolabz.co.uk and we will open a carrier claim and send a replacement once resolved. All sales are final — no refunds or returns; replacements only.
